For your convenience, you may call our office for an appointment. Our direct number is 208 375-1221.

For those that wish to take advantage of online scheduling, we offer several methods.

You may download our application, PatientReach from the Apple or Google Play app store (links below) and request an appointment. With this application, you may also see if you already have an appointment, when it is and even when your last appointment was. This app also allows you to get directions to our office and even ask our practitioners questions on a HIPPA secured site. This app also has other things to offer so check it out! You must be a current client for this application to work properly. If you are having problems logging in, please call our office to verify your current client information. If you wish to schedule online with this app and are not in our database, please call our office and one of our client care coordinators will place you in our database.

If you are scheduling your appointment online, you will not be able to schedule outside of our normal business hours. If you would like a Sunday or after-hours appointment, please call our office at 208 375-1221 and our client care coordinator will give your message to one of our practitioners. They will contact you to schedule your appointment.

Our Cancellation Policy

Certain types of appointments will need a deposit or full payment when you schedule. Unlike most medical offices, we DO NOT double book appointments and when you fail to come in for your appointment, we are unable to fill that time with other clients who are on our pending cancelation list who may need that particular time. If you schedule your appointment online, one of our client care coordinators may call you for a deposit or payment. If you have any questions, you may ask her at that time. If we are not notified three days prior to your appointment, you may forfeit a portion, or all of, your deposit. Thank you for your understanding.
