Boise Image Enhancement Centre, Inc. Medi-Spa is pleased to offer our clients the ease of booking your appointments online. Please note that if you are not currently a client we will have to create an account for you to use our online booking. If you have not been been given access to the booking schedule, or are a new client call us at 375-1221 and schedule your first appointment. Please note that not all services are available to be scheduled on line.
Instructions for viewing your current appointments and completing the on line booking process.
- Click on the Book Your Appointment button at the bottom of this page.
- You will be taken to a new web page with a login option in the lower left hand corner.
- Enter your e-mail address and password that was provided to you by our staff.
Once you are logged in, you can view all of your current appointments by clicking 'My Appointments' from the menu on the top of the page. Select the beginning and ending date range to view all of your appointments within those dates.
To book a new appointment click on the Book Appointments button in the menu on the top of the page.
- Use the Pull-Down List to select the Type of Service, ranging from Botox to UltraSonic Facials.
- Use the Pull-Down List to select the exact Service that you would like to book, such as Ultrasonic Treatment on Arms. If you click on Service Description you can get additional information on each procedure.
- Use the Pull-Down List to select the employee's name that you would like to
see.
You can also choose "First Available" if you have no preference for the employee. You have the ability to set up several services to search for availabilities.
If you wish to remove any of the services you've entered, click the mouse on the DELETE button. - To continue, type in the date you wish to search for available appointments, or use the button to open the calendar and click the date.
- Enter the waiting time between services that you are willing to wait. The time is defaulted to 30 minutes. Lastly, use the Pull Down List to choose "From" and "To" Hours that will establish a time frame to search for an available appointment.
When ready, click on the Find Available Appointments button. - Book the Appointment
- Millennium.net will display all available appointments based on the criteria you entered.
- Click on the RADIO Button on the left hand side to select the appointment you wish to book.
- If you have any special instructions or request for your appointments, enter them now.
- Click on the BOOK button to book the appointment.
- You will then receive the following message:
Your request has been registered.
Your appointment Number is: ######
Use this number to contact us with anything related to your appointment. - When you are finished booking your appointments click the Logout button in the upper right hand corner.
If you have any problems with the booking system click on the Help button in the upper right hand corner for additional instructions on how to use the system.
Cancellation Policy: Some treatments require a booking fee. If you schedule yourself for one of these types of treatments, we will contact you about payment and confirm your appointment. All booking fees will be applied to your treatment costs but may be forfeited should you fail to show for your scheduled appointment. Should you fail to show or reschedule any appointment 24 hours prior to your scheduled time, your on line booking privileges may be revoked.
